Admission Rules & Fee Submission

  • The following fee will be payable by the time of admission/submission of form etc.
  • Admission Fee, b) Administrative Fee,  c) 12 Months Tuition Fee,  d) Laboratory Fee,  e) Registration fee  f)  Any others Fee
  • The College will have authority to grant fee concession and scholarships of different categories at the time of admission.
  • These fee concessions and scholarships are applicable only for current instalment and must be fulfilled for eligibility?
  • The City College would have the right to make or amend any rule/regulation for the betterment of the college when it seems necessary.
  • If a Student become a defaulter in any case of college fee submission his name will be struck off from the college.
  • In a case of absentee in a home exam fine will be imposed & in a case absentee per day fine will be imposed.
  • Students are legally bound to submit Twelve (12) Months fee along with exam. (BISEP Form)
  • Students are legally bound to submit twelve (12) Months fee record less of their admission in any month.
  • Admission fee is not refundable. If an admitted student wants to cancel his admission he will have to pay six months fee.
  • If student studied on scholarship in first year, and he wants to migrate in second year from board to board or college to college. He will have to pay first year admission + monthly fee besides second year administrative.
  • Fee once deposit will not be refunded.
  • If a student wants migrate to another college or another board he will have to pay administrative fee and Six (6) months tuition fee in the time of migration.
